A simple shop lifting can turn into a robbery if you use force.

I have been successful in getting a robbery reduced to a misdemeanor.

My client told me that he never used forced and I subpoenaed the video before it was destroyed. It is important to retain an attorney as soon as you suspect that you will be arrested. Videos are generally destroyed with in 30 days and sometimes even sooner.
